By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. We aim to provide reliable, high-quality service while ensuring clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. Our Services

We offer a range of cleaning services, including:

• Indoor cleaning (homes & offices)
• Outdoor cleaning (yards, gardens, pools)
• Specialised cleaning services as agreed

All services are delivered based on the agreed scope at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Quotations

• Bookings are subject to availability
• Quotes are based on the information provided
• Final pricing may change if job scope differs on-site, particularly for customised services
• A booking is only confirmed once acknowledged by MAM

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing starts from advertised rates
• Final cost depends on service size and requirements
• Payment is required upon booking of the service, unless different terms have been agreed upon (in writing)
• Deposits may be required for certain bookings, particularly for customised services
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• We may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Property Access

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and timely access
• Securing pets
• Protecting valuables

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.
